Hi, My name is Kristine Rufina or you may simply call me Fin. I am married, a mom of two boys and, a dedicated freelance virtual assistant. I have adequate knowledge in  Administrative Assistance, Content Writing, Social Media Management and Marketing, Audio and Video Editing, E-mail Marketing, and other relevant courses regarding virtual assistance. I am confident that I can deliver tasks with promptness and with ease. Yet I am constantly eager and enthusiastic to learn how to improve my skills to welcome great opportunities as they come.

Being a sales supervisor, I helped motivate my team to achieve our daily sales goals. I was also responsible for ensuring optimum sales by consistent monitoring of merchandise movement and replenishment. I also took charge of communicating with upper management regarding the different concerns about store operations.

Being in the BPO industry has been the most exciting part of my career. I was part of a team that handled inbound calls for customers who had problems regarding their billing statements for their web accounts.
